Reason: Its free, doesnt get viruses, does not need defragmenting, no activation hassels (like Windows), it will get you online in 10 minutes from a blank hard drive (Windows will take 2 hours), it is easy to update, contains open office, easy to use, you can try it live! without installing on your hard drive, you can copy the CD and give it to your friends, it has more software that is free than Windows, and..I could go on. www.kubuntu.org
