If everyone involved is a consenting adult, including the people in the pictures or movies, then I don't think it should be the government's business to censor it. There should be good effort to keep underage people out and also adults who are pressured into these pictures or movies for example through loverboys, pimps who try to get foreign women to come to the West under false promises etc. But when adults who have a choice still want to work in this business for the money then it shouldn't be the government's task to tell them they can't, and if others want to view it it shouldn't be the goverment's task to tell them they can't either.

Government has no business to pass moral judgement or to set moral standards - the only government censorship that is applied and agreed to by the majority of North Americans involves anything to do with minor children.

Government's job is to govern the country not to dictate personal morality. We have freedome of speech and expression. This includes what we say and read and do as long it does not harm anyone.
