Well it was the first kiss right? It's gonna be awkward of course because you're both not used to kissing eachother and you don't want to mess anything up. But you guys will get more used to eachother and you just took a bigger step in your relationship.. The more you kiss, the more free it will get and that will be the last of your worries =) Don't let something like that split you guys up, it does get better!

well just next time you kiss get more into it not like french kiss or ne thing but maybe he was just nervus i'm 13 and u sound young 2 but i havn't even had my first kiss yet cause i just got over a bad break up i went out w/ this boy 4 a whole year but yeah just try it

Don't judge him based on one kiss! He was probably nervous, and maybe he's not too experienced. The next time you guys kiss, try to be his guide. Kiss him the way you want to be kissed. It will get better, I promise. (My first kiss was awkward, too -- I started laughing right in the middle of it!)

I'll tell you what you need to do. Very rarely do you meet a person who kisses exactly like you. You need to keep on kissing and sooner or later you will get accustomed to each others ways.

maybe you two took it too fast. kisses are akward if they are not ment to happen right then. nexttime take it slower and wait for the right moment.
