Non Muslim are free to visit mecca, of course there is no penalty, for what? As a non Muslim you would not be able to visit the Kabba as its a religious place not a tourist site.

ummm there are non muslims who LIVE in Mecca. i can't wait until my husband and i get a chance to make Hajj. GOD WILLING
it's not only Muslims who live in Arab countries...believe it or not there is even Christian Arabs. I know I am Muslim but i have Christian family.

It is forbidden for a non-Muslim to visit Mecca.I am not sure what the penaly is,but I would not want to risk it.

Depends, if you are a Jew, and snuck into the country, it's probably going to be bad for you, but anyone else, will probably get preached to the way non christians in Colorado Springs get harassed, except about Islam..

The hotels are expensive and you get no frequent flyer miles. You can't find a decent pork chop anywhere either.
