How do I get rid of an online stalker? this female is a cousin of an ex bf's girlfriend and she pretends to be someone else (i.e. she pretends to be a male and she emails/IM's me to gain access to information about me). She googles me to see what sites I've been in and uses that to harrass me. People must be very sad and pathetic. How do I get rid of them? She managed to track me and got me to believe her one time that she's another person but now she can't fool me. How do I get rid of her bec. she is annoying and not to mention harrassing? I want to report her for online harrassment and stalking. Her character is def questionable. She is a psychopath capable of anything.

When you get your email, at the bottom right corner of the page is a little box or words that sa full hesder klick on it and get the address go to command prompt on you computer and type in tracert and the address and it will give you where they are coming from. then go to a justice of the peace and file charges........its easy. best, phil

Well not to be a arrogant, but I would start by not using my photo as my avatar. Then I would change my internet accounts. It's easy. Yahoo will let you set up a number of accounts free of charge.

why is this in military it should be under law and ethics or police. go to the police station and file charges take threatening emails or instant messages with you.just print them off and file a report if its bad enough they will ask you to press charges or do it themselves

just change your ID and hope she doesn't find you.
Or just find out what she wants and confront her about it.
If you feel threatened I mean physically, you can get a restraining order against her. But this would be tough unless you have proof of her making physical threats.
