Broad question. First off on a purely physical level I would have to say uncleanliness. Untrimmed, unshaven, smelly, unkept hair. Just a general lack of self respect or attention to appearance. On a deeper level i would have to say things like lack of confidence, poor self esteem, lack of motivation, and mostly little intelligence (and/or a lack to gain any).

Bad hygiene and a bitchy chick that acts like she knows it all. It's one thing to have all the answers, but a complete other to through every right in the faces of others. Be yourself, have fun and flirt.
