It is misleading. Actually, thumb & two fingers needs to be enclosed to mean, "Hail to the negative/ destructive message.". Two horns ?
In sign language, it can mean love , with the thumb pinky out.
I got mixed up about it years ago also. But to make that sign to me with the thumb, pinky or even for finger out means love.
Sometimes the person doing that is meaning to say "Hail to the destructive message.". Sometimes it is just what they have seen other people do. I my self point at books using fingers different ways with more than one finger on one hand. So, I scared my self at the time. But my heart is not "Hail to the devil.".
President Bush isn't a follower of Satan. Someone could also easily made up those pictures that He would do that sign on purpose secretly saying "Hail to destruction.". I love President Bush and know that He is a born again Christian who loves Jesus. Pictures are falsefied many times to accuse someone.

No, absolutely not. That sign is from American Sign Language. It is a combination of the letters Y and L. It is a shortcut version for "I love you." One hand sign instead of three.

Yes, it is TRUE. I was told many, many years ago that it is the sign of goats' horns which is a symbol of Satan. I know what I know.
Some people who do it these days don't even know what it really represents. Satan does, though.
