MIP = minor in possession. Very small fine and perhaps one or two days of community service.
Relax, I know it's scary but I promise you you will be just fine! When you are 18 it will drop off your record.

Come one Linz, you know what will happen. You'll get in trouble, Mom and Dad will yell and tell you how you let them down and all that stuff. You could get arrested but its juvenile so don't sweat it. But for Gods sake do what is right in your life will ya? Be a productive member of society. Look at yourself in the mirror tonight and vow to change. You didn't drink cause it tasted great you did it to be part of the crowd. You don't need to. Be strong and say no.
What you are looking for is someone to say it is really all right and everything will be OK. it won't

You could get sent to juvenile hall if you are caught by the police. Then you would have to be picked up by your parents. You might then be placed on supervised probtaion where you have to report to a juvenile officer a pee in a cup and do community service. Plus, in some areas your parents would be held responsible and might have to pay a fine.

Depends on the state.
In WI, if you are caught, you get a huge fine, and then you aren't able to get your Drivers license until you are 18. But every state is different in that area. Wisconsin has the rep of being one of the tougher states on drinking and driving, underaged drinking and the such. But it doesn't stop it.
