why cant north America eliminate illiteracy in south America?
why cant Germany eliminate illiteracy help other European counties?
....the answer for your and my questions is...why would they spend their money on other people

They use there money to spread the word of hate watch dispatches undercover mosques. The Arabs are being used as pawns so the New World Order can take power i suggest you look into the illuminati and the truth on how the world is run. The trouble is Arabs are easy to brain wash so they are a perfect race to exploit through there religion. Look who benefits from war go where the money is and you will find the truth.

If they are playing in Riyals without education, why should they get education and waste their money/time.
They think education, or being skill-full/technical makes them slave of others. Like so many educated technical people come from different parts of World and work for then as slaves.

actually they are, they built many schools and taught many to read, is this not reported in your countries media?? I live in Asia and they built schools here too to eliminate illiteracy, because of their schools , I have managed to learn English.

Because hey are rich people with a "tent mentality". Literally 75 years ago many Saudis were still living in tents. They may have western goods and fancy homes, but their culture and their thought process is still that of a Bedouin. It's still a very tribal society.

Saudis are Generally speaking corrupt people. Well, not common people like you and me, the but government. The government basically hogs all the money and lets the people starve. And don't be callin me racist here. I'm Russian, and hell does their government need some work!
