Is it:

and how about
When will you go to the mall?
Quand vas-tu aller au centre-commercial?
Are they right or wrong! Please help! Thanks

They are both right. However what you are literally is saying How are you going to go to school and When are you going to go the mall.
If you want to say "will" you would say:
Comment iras-tu a l'ecole? if it is informal or
Comment irez-vous a l'ecole? if it is formal.
These translate to How will you go to school.
The other sentence would be
Quand iras-tu au centre commercial? if informal and irez-vous if formal.
But both of the sentences you have are correct!

Very good. The French guy is right. But I think "vas-tu aller" would translate into "are you going to", so maybe better to use what he wrote. That being said, it doesn't really make a difference, and most people would say what you wrote.
We never use "mall" in French, but that may be Canadian French. "galerie marchande" is used, but not as often as "centre commercial". It doesn't have the same meaning, actually. A "galerie marchande" is not necessarily a "centre commercial". And we never say "centre d'achats" (maybe that's Canadian?).
And "verras" means "will see"

If you are speaking to a close friend, yes, for the most part. If to someone of greater stature, the preferred use would be of the pronoun "vous" instead of the familiar "tu" with appropriate conjugation.
A shopping mall is more commonly called a "galerie marchande" or even "mall".

Both your sentences are correct. Just one mistake though but maybe because you can't write it : "à l'école"
Other possibilities :
Comment iras-tu à l'école ?
Quand iras-tu au centre-commercial ?

Technically, you're saying "How are you going to go to school?"
and "When are you gong to go to the mall?" but that's pretty much what you want to say.
If you want to say will, you should use the simple future.
"Comment iras-tu à l'école?"
"Quand iras-tu au centre commercial?"

Sounds ok but I'd say centre d'achats.
For à l'école you want those accents. alt-133 for à and alt-130 for é.
