yogurt is alive and little yogurt parasites will attach themselves to vital organs and leeching the life out of them! the yogurt u had or might be eating right now is eating u from the inside out!

No, that sounds like a parasite. Yogurt does contain some microbes like mycoses that do aid some of the normal GI flora in accomplishing their functions and preventing colonization by pathogenic microbes.

Live yoghurt is full of lactic acid bacteria. It is believed (but not yet proven definitively) that these bacteria competetively exclude harmful bacteria from our guts, and so keep us healthy. Hence advertising calling them "friendly" bacteria.

Your gut has something around 2/3Kg of bacteria in it at any one time. Oh, and most of the bacteria you eat from a yoghurt will die in the stomach due to its acidity.

comepletly false...it is true however, that yogurt with active cultures can help those with intestinal issues with h-pylori.
