Probably the most prominent cancers with a hereditary component is colonic adenocarcinoma, which has a very strong hereditary component, and is the reason that screening is so important if there is a positive family history. Breast cancer, lung cancer, and some endocrine tumors have hereditary predisposition as well.

cancer can come through genes i.e if any of the close relatives had a cancer then this person also have a greater chance to get cancer. However one need not worry about this you check in the net for cancer curing food and you will find many vegetables like cabbage prevent the cancer. If one makes it a habbit to each all these foods according to their taste and availabilty then the chances of getting cancer will be remote.

in the adventure that your grandmother had a genetically appropriate style of breast maximum cancers (there are a number of diverse tyes of breast maximum cancers and much less of them have an inheritable genetic danger) then your mom has a 50% probability of inheriting the possibility element. If she inherited the possibility element then you certainly've a 50% probability of inheriting it from her. So 10% x 50% x 50% = 2.5% probability of you inheriting a genetic danger. the universal female has a 12.5% danger. except your Grandmothers maximum cancers become shown as being genetically appropriate (often plenty extra probably if she become below 50 whilst clinically determined) or your mom is going directly to enhance breast maximum cancers, your danger isn't plenty extra effective than universal. upload: it makes no distinction whether that's inherited during the male or lady edge of the kinfolk and your odds do no longer replace.

yes cancer in genetically passed on to the next generation but that doesn't mean you will get it automatically. It is usuallly passed on thru the mothers side of the family. but in some instances it is passed on through the fathers side as well.
