No. La Raza is a private group. They cannot be compelled to do provide legal advice or any other form of assistance.

The government can, however, make any financial aid contingent upon certain behavior. Same result, different method.

They do get Federal Funding if you research them. It would seem anyone receiving Federal Funding or any funding by law they cannot discriminate against anyone since they promote themselves as a civil rights origination but why want they help the black,white,red,yellow people..

There are two la razas. One is racist and the other is for the people. But then again i guess anything for the people is viewed as communist by the right....
