For the last few days I have had localised pain in abdomen and pain is becoming more frequent.
The pain is on right side inline with belly button.
It is very localised and not spreading, it is not dull but not stabbing either. It happens when I stand up from sitting and then sparatically when walking. It makes me stop walking but have had far worse pain in abdomen before.
I have been urinating normally and passed faeces in normal fashion (same time everyday and same form)
I am due to ovulate tomorrow
Could this be a cyst on ovary?
Should I not worry unless I feel ill?
How long do you think I should leave it untill see a Doctor?

That sounds like appendicitis, or some other inflammation of the peritoneal cavity, because when you get up and walk it produces traction on the inner lining, causing the pain. It could also be many other things though, such as ovarian or other retroperitoneal lesions, pancreatitis, etc

I would say that if it does not resolve on its own soon, or gets any worse, definitely see your doctor.

If it hurts when you bend forward, it could be gall bladder. Does your right shoulder ever hurt? That was one of my first symptoms. I had pain like a heart attack on the right side, then my shoulder hurt for about two weeks, and I thought my purse was too heavy or my bra was too tight. Shoulder pain, right side, can be gall bladder.

After you have the pain and it kinda goes away, do you feel as though you had been beaten up? Just really exhausted all over? Tha'ts gall bladder pain.

Mine lasted about ten to twelve minutes, then started to subside. If you get that pain when you're on your stomach or left side, roll over to your right side or back. See if that helps.

Don't wait to get it checked out. My husband's gall bladder was "almost gangreen" by the time his was taken out because he didn't recognize the symptoms.

Does it feel like somebody's blowing up a balloon right in that spot where it hurts?

Good luck. I hope it turns out to be nothing.
