its becoming scarce for stuff like that but bear share i hear is great too, although ever since kazaa grounded my 95 into the ground by taking up 85% of my RAM i uninstalled it and never used anything like it again. but it was cool while i had it. ive never actually used bear share but ive seen it and its basically your run of the mill music pirate program.

Yes. The new trend in music sharing is bittorrent services. They differ slightly from peer to peer programs like Limewire in that they offer bundles of songs - typically whole albums or collections from artists. To obtain the songs is a two step process. First, you need a program, which you can download for free. I recommend Azureus (http://azureus.sourceforge.net/). Second, you search for your music through a website. Some of the most popular bittorrent sites are: www.torrentspy.com, www.piratebay.org, and www.isohunt.com. Keep in mind that downloading music is illegal and I don't recommend doing it... ;)
