Hi IB71

I would say a build up of stress and lack of water are the culprits. I drink a gallon of water a day to flush out toxins in the bloodstream. Get massages, yoga, and/or other stress relief exercises.

Best of health to you

it might be because your skins not getting enough moisture and whatever your using to wash your face is taking away all the moisture that you have left and instead of making your skin better its making your skin worse because its taking away all the good oils too that your skin needs for nourishment and hydration. Try using a moisturizer and if you use a product with salicyic acid then stop.
