And these people don't even know what superficial means! I take comfort in the fact that people were much smarter when I was in highschool...

For those of you who don't even know what the word means:

Deen, my friend, I'll tell you why. It's because all the superficials out there (or most of them) are what we regard as "the beautiful people." They're so concerned about how others look because they're so concerned about how THEY look. These are usually the kind of people who will turn out to be gonorrhea-infested sacks of sex diseases ten or so years after highschool, while the "non-beautiful people" turn out to be successful, beautiful and disease-free. I've seen this. And it rings true at least 70% of the time.

Being a highschool student, I would retaliate, but I don't know what superficial is. Oh, ok so now that I know what it means, I'd have to say you can mainly pinpoint the superficial stuff on the rich kids (you might call em' preps).

Guys grow out of it when they finish school and get a job or go to college.

Girls grow out of it after menopause.
