I mean, once you get to the point where you are focusing on the positive, loving thy neighbor, not judging and manifesting goodness into your life - what is there to talk about that doesn't sound like bragging?

I am not saying I am enlightened. If I thought I was enlightened I would probably know the answer to this question, don't you think? I am wondering what the goal is down the path of enlightenment as far as day-to-day social conversation.

Enlightened ppl never say "thy"...that is Western in origin, a command, which is the antithesis of Enlightenment. Have you ever heard of an enlightened bishop? Nope...the enlightened do not follow commands telling them to behave. "thy shall..." is meant to control the masses, not the wise.

And you wouldn't know they were enlightened. They would strike you as a begger. Read up on the Dalai Lama. He is probably not enlightened, but is close too it. Very soft-spoken. I doubt there are any enlightened on the planet today. Get their first, then talk about what your conversations will be like.

Very intelligent question. Enlightened people talk about the pastimes of the Supreme Personality of Godhead. These are the highest topics anyone that has transcended all the materialistic activities conclude to be the ever elevating transcendental topics.

Enlightenment does not make distinctions of good or bad, that's for the dreamers. All is enlightened, to see ones self as separate is the dream taught by society and religion.

Enlightenment is a never ending journey, not something that is or is not; every soul is on that path is one way or another....Its more about letting others speak and then responding in kind.

Enlightened people don't need to talk because being enlightened means they know everything.

Tea. We talk about tea. Different types of tea; exotic varieties. Tea with honey, tea with sugar, and sometimes tea with a few drops of lemon. Earl Grey with a hint of lavender, Darjeeling with a touch of Cinnamon, or perhaps just a simple green tea with some nice toasted biscuits and jam.

Ideas, concepts, philosophies, semantics, and with alot of humor. Enlightenment can be a journey, as well as a destination.

Talking inn the nicest way you know it would be, like that sort of telling the whole truth and not claiming a thing to be true even if it is not, just being true to your words and not being hypocrite.
