it depends on the meaning, i mean for a boyfriend when u're so tender you can say :
bebé, amor, vida, corazón which are also used for a female.
For sth more spicy here in Argentina we say "chongo" that would be a realy hooot boooy (kind of "chulo" in México), papi, machito
if you want I can tell you some slang or specific ways to refer to a hot boy here in argentina if you want, let me know plz :D
