Help in pain!?
iv got really bad period pains. some one give me some advice how to get ridd of them or make them less painful.. iv tryed tablets n there not working
pleaseeee help =(

If over the counter medication is not helpful see your doctor. They can give you a prescription for the pain. They can also check to see why your periods are so painful. It could be you have endometriosis. They can put you on birth control pills that make your periods lighter and less frequent, which also means less pain.
When I was a teenager I went on the pill at my doctors request because of my endometriosis and it made life so much easier. Otherwise I was miserable and in terrible pain.
Menstral pain can be horrific for some and not everyone understands. Because everyone has different pain. I hope you can get some better pain medication and are feeling better!

I'm sorry that you are having really bad pain with your periods but you really need to see a dr about them to try and find the cause for the pain hun.

try getting a heating pad, if you dont have one, id get a hot bottle of water but be carefull you dont burn yourself, wrap it in a towel and keep it on ur tummy, also drink warm tea.
