When I'm alone.
Because i always want to be by myself. But they always come up and talk to me if Im by myself. And theyre so annoying. But i don't want to be mean, but they don't take a hint

Simply just tell that person that you like to be alone and not bothered. That's what I would do if someone wouldn't stop annying me. Say it in a nice and calm voice so that they don't take it offensively.

Well you have the right to be alone and undisturbed. Here's few things you could try
* Before you think you will encounter this person set the alarm on your cell phone. Answer the phone and excuse yourself to the person saying " oh it's my mom and I am going to be awhile .Bye"
* Have a book ( choose a lofty heavy subject out of the library) with you ...have it open and ready when the person approaches say "hi" then go back to reading your book . If they still won't leave politely say I really got to concentrate on this " "Can we talk another time"
* Can you set it up with a friend to " rescue" you if they see this person talking to you?
* Find a new spot to hang out in so that you are not easily approacable.

if you are going to do something, read a book.. people should take the hint
if you are going to sit there, just make sure not to make eye contact before they come up to you.. they should take the hint
if they come up to you, be polite but short with them.. certainly dont ask any questions.. they should take the hint
if they dont take any hints, you may want to just say that if you wanted to talk to them, you wouldve came up to them

Sounds like you are very full of yourself. If you really want to be alone, tell them so. I think you want the attention and want to complain about this. How old are you, you are acting about 12.

lik ei realli dont know alot about your story but just tell them you dont want to talk flat out get to the point if you hurt there feeliings o well..
