Don't laugh at that person's warm oil remedy. It's one that's for real. Make sure it isn't too hot.

If you have a 24 hour pharmacy in your area, you can ask the pharmacist for recommendations until you can call your doctor tomorrow.

Just in case you have a puncture, put some cotton in your ear so air and other bacteria can't get in. Don't shove it way in, just barely get some in there.

If you have an overnight clinic, that would be best. Your ear is nothing to fool with. My mother died from meningitis because of an ear infection. She died two days after her ears felt clogged. She saw a doctor, he lanced her ears, and she died the next day. Don't wait. Get it treated asap.

I have one that will work for you and its easy to do. First get a sock and start filling it with salt until you make the size of a small ball. Next heat it up in a pot over the stove, when it gets hot take it out and put another sock over top. Now when you go to bed sleep on it, making sure the bad ear is resting on it on your pillow and the combination of the salt and the heat will drain the poison, keep doing it until you are better.

A drop of peroxide should help kill bacteria. Take a few ibuprofen for the pain. The only other thing I can suggest is a drop of warm olive oil or tee tree oil.

try heat, do you have a heating pad or hot water bottle, if so hold it to your ear for a few min. off and on. don't let it burn you though. good luck
