It's not hard to figure that out. Your 'friend" is not used to having "visitors" and when the "visitors" come in they break the walls down and loosen things up a bit. It'll get better over time. Next time tell him to go easy or you get on top that way you can control how much of the "visitor" gets in the house.

You have a thin skin (kinda like your eyelid only a little thinner) blocking access to the vaginal canal. when a girl has sex for the first time that skin or hymen is ruptured. That is what causes the pain.

I think when its your first time, you are too worried about it all to really be able to relax and enjoy yourself. You're usually very rigid and self-conscious and worrying about what the other person is thinking.
As you get older, and you become more comfortable with your body and you get more practice, you are able to actually enjoy it.

You have to really put yourself into it. It really depends on how much you can tolerate pain. If you have piercings and tatoos then you can deal with this. It's nothing.

sometimes , when you go for it willingly and lovely and full of lust .. the less of pain you'll feel ..
