I think I may be dealing with an insecure man, and I need to know the warning signs/red flags.

men who dont mean what they say and say what they mean.
men who do not know how to handle a strong woman and rather find himself one who is weak, feeble and needy. it makes them feel superior.
men who need to repeatedly tell you how much they changed (for example "I'm not like other guys") it means they are trying to convince themselves they are different. it also means they have something to hide.

If he puts up with the mind games of a woman who looks for "warning signs/red flags" then that's a sign he is desperate, and possibly insecure.
