It was just a ploy to get the all the anti's votes so he could be elected back into office. HOORAY IT WORKED! he did have the camera's up there but later on once he was back in his comfy office said that they were going to cost too much to maintain and therefore he felt it was in the best interest of the state to take them down. guess that's just politicians for you.
