I need to find out if I need a visa for Venezuela, Chile, Bolivia and Brazil to travel as a tourist. I hold a Haitian passport. I can't find their consulate numbers anywhere and the info on their website is quite ambiguous. Can anyone help me find those numbers or the info I need. Boston offices preferable but anywhere else is fine as long as I get to ask them what I need to know.

Thanks. I'll keep looking as well.
