My mom has sores all over her legs and they seem to be climbing upwards .She has had this for prob.2 or 3 years and it seems to get a little worse each time.She has been to 5 diff.doctors and she has heard alot of diff. diagnosis but none seem to be the correct one.(ulcerated leg was one)They seem to bother her quite a bit as she is still working.They are a deep red and appear to be fairly round,about the size of a quarter and there is about 15 on each leg.They sometimes open up and ooze fluid.She is really worried and I thought if anyone has any ideas I could do some research and narrow it down.Thanks and if you have any ideas please write...

Does she have any other symptoms. My mother had sores on her legs like that and in her mouth and they diagnosed her with Behcets disease.

If her legs are huge because they're filled with lots of fluid, it could be that the fluid has noplace to go, so it oozes out and causes blisters which then break and make scabs. That's just one suggestion as to what it could be.

What is the condition of her legs besides the sores?
