How can I ask her out?

she comes into the office frequently, she's from another office, shes so hot and I want to ask her out , but i dont want any trouble w/employers or harassment, I'm pretty sure she would be ok with having lunch or something but I cant really ask her without it being overheard in our office...any Ideas?

Tell her that you want to talk to her in private. Then ask her out where a lot of people aren't at. Go for it!

Just ask her if she is hang and wants to go out and have a little meal or a coffie woth you.
