Talk to her normally. Get her to warm up to you by talking to her about interesting things. Let her know that you're interested. If she's also interested then you ask her out. Okay let's say BURGER KING. Yes, I know lame BUT say something like, "Hey I want some Jr. Whopper do you want to grab a bite with me?"

just ask her if she wants to hang out with u later on & the movies or something. she wont ask if its a date cuz she should already know. just make sure that when u take her out u make sure she knows that its a date, put ur arm around her, pay for her...that kind of stuff

just go up to her and bring up the fact that there is a good movie playing this weekend and then ask her if she'd like to go see it with you.

u should approach her nicely and talk sweet talk. then u should ask her out. if she says no then u say okay and that u 2 can still remain good freinds.

if your good friends with her just ask her if shes going with anyone and if she says no ask her if she wants to go with you.....you could say "just as friends" to if you wanted :)
