a. no evidence in statement that the diseases listed are in any order of occurrence.
b. statement regarding pregnant women relates to fetus only, not the woman smoker.
c. no evidence of time in the statement (ie, the statement does not read "recently the surgeon general has found..."
d. nothing in the statement links the harm of consuming carbon dioxide to a human. (Maybe they are doing the "common sense" link here.
e. no evidence in the statement that this warning is posted by the Surgeons General of the United States, but specially, there is nothing in the statement that would suggestion premature births occur in the United Statements, never mind the "majority" of them.
