i think it's called twinges, which is a sudden, physical, sharp pain.

whenever i am depressed/hurt, and if im thinking about something sad, i would get this sudden sharp pain in my heart, and on my wrists at the same time. the pain lasts for only 2 seconds.

is this normal? do you get these too?

No. I haven't gotten them before, But I am sure thaey are normal.I mean did you get that name, Twinges, from a book or something. Maybe if you posted this in the health section, those looking there would be more helpful. Actually, anything involving pain in the heart could be something to look into. Good thing you tries here. Maybe googling this problem would help!
