Starting sometime yesterday (it comes and goes) I'll open a cabinet, and the motion will make me feel like I have to puke, and I'll get a mild headache and tingly all over. And it'll happen at random times too. It interferes will whatever I'm doing. Anyone know a possible cause?

Sorry, no one will be able to figure out what is going on except a doctor. A doctor has access to your prior medical history and can ask pertinent questions, do a physical and run any test necessary to help determine what is happening. It is possible it is a nerve issue since it involves a specific movement followed by a headache and nausea but that is just a possibility. Please schedule an appointment to see your doctor. In the meantime, keep a diary of each time it happens: what time of day, what you were doing at the time (opening a cabinet, etc), how long the episode happened and your symptoms at the time. Take that with you to the doctor as it will help him tremendously and also make it easier for you to recall the each event. Good luck!
