Some barrel chested females carry their pups so high up into the belly that they really dont show too much.
If I were you I'd take her to your vets and have an x-ray done to see if she is indeed pregnant.
What your seeing is the clear substance called colostrum that is the most important thing the pups get from the mom.
If she is having pups then she would have this discarge from her nipples.
But there is always the chance that this is a flase pregnancy. Like I said get an x-ray to be sure. They are not that expensive I think around 60 dollars and then you will know for sure and you'll know how many pups to expect.

She may be pregnant but take her too the doctor anyway. Its is usal for a pregnant dog to be very sleepy and/or to eat more. When a dog is pregnant her belly shouldn't get that big the first couple of months. Go and feel around the nipples kinda towards the sides of her belly. If you feel little lumps those are the puppies. If she is in fact pregnant she is going to need some supplements added to her diet so that she can carry and deliver a litter properly.

I would get her to the vet ASAP..
If she was pregnant or had a false pregnancy & has/has milk I would guess Mastitis (not sure if that's spelled correct) It's an actual infection of the brest & if their red--hot--swollen & having any discharge that doesnt look like milk I'd bet that's what it is...
However this usually only happen's when a femle has puppies & too much milk or loss the puppies & or when puppies are weaned the brest's become engorged with milk & If it has no where to go it get's very painfull & red & hot & swollen...
You could try hot packing her brest's (make sure it's not too hot sensitive skin their) & that might help relieve the pressure..
But she need's to be seen by a vet SOON it sound's like what ever it is infection has startd to set in..
Also normal dog temp. is 101 you should temp. her before you call the vet they will probaly ask her temp. right off..
Best Of Luck :)

She could be going through a flase pregnancy.
Sometimes this happens, the ***** would gain some weight, and even lactates. After a few months the symptoms would disappear, and she would return to normal.
If you bred her, I would recommend that you take her to the vet just to be sure that she is not pregnant. Most of the time the breeding should take, if you bred the dogs at the right time.

If you bred your dog, then the puppies would be delivered usually between 63 to 65 days.....you can count on that number. I used to work for a vet for 5 years.....best of luck to you.

She needs vet care now. Don't wait. She needs to get proper care now. She could have a uterine infection or worse she could have been pregnant with pups that stopped developing but she has not miscarried. I would take her in, her very life may be in danger.
In the future please educate yourself before deciding to breed your dog.

She's probably pregnant and you need to take her to the vet! >.<
Most likely she is pregnant, though. Or could be her uterus is infected which if it and it goes untreated she could die from it.

Honestly, if you love your dog why didn't you take her to the vet for prenatal care? Then you would already know if she is pregnant.
You need to get her to the vet. She could very well die from your lack of responsibility and care.

My guess is that she is not pregnant but is coming into heat again now. Honestly I don't know since it has been a long time since we had a mommy dog.
