Don't have sex unless you are absolutely ready. If a guy dumps you for not being ready, he isnt worth your time. Don't just do it cause you said you would and you dont want to disappoint him, you're virginity is not something to lose on a whim.

NEVER have sex until you are ready!!! Sometimes we all get caught up in the "moment" and say things we are not prepared to back up. He needs to respect that you thought you were ready, but you really are not ready, and tell him before his birthday. You are still so young, you don't need to be having sex at that age anyway, you have a life to live. I made the mistake of having sex when I was 18 and got pregnant (I was on the pill....show's how well that works) I have a 4 year old daughter now, that I love with all my heart, but I will never get to be a kid again....enjoy it as long as you can!

I guess, 16 is still pretty much young for such act. though I do believe that you should also keep up to your word. You can try other things rather than the full nine yards. Also always put in mind that its always better to be safe than sorry..

Mack, how old are you? Whereas you did say you would have sex with him, no one says you can't change your mind. If your not ready, your not ready, and thats ok. But if you don't wan't to be with him sexually, then the sooner you tell him the better. What is causing you to have doubts? Email me if ya want.

I'd hold out until you KNOW you WANT to. There should be no doubt in your mind. It's ok to be nervous but there should be no doubt. Stay sober and enjoy it when you do.

you said you wouldn't until you're 16, and he's been looking forward to it; if you turn him away, it'll be cruel. but if you really do not want to do it with him, then don't. if he's a good bf, he'll understand. if not, then he only wanted you for your body.

If you let him down with this one, then he has every right to leave you (I would). You made a promise, got his hopes up, so you should keep it.

if your not sure, then you better tell him.you dont want him to get his hopes up and be let down.he probably will get mad and leave you for someone else, because that age,a boy that age is feeling his oats.

If you're not ready then don't do it. It's your body.
