This means a job would require training for a forklift driver with OSHA standards. Not best answer but its all i could do.. OSHA Occupation Safety and health Administration..

So if it (the job)requires a forklift license, it needs a license or certificate saying the training was performed or meets OSHA standards.

When OSHA come on a job to inspect they will want to see that every person who operates the fork lift has been trained to their standards. We have a trainer on staff who will train, test then certify - presenting an actual certificate to the employees from our company (and other trades that need it).
I think you can get a training booklet for free from OSHA and can take the test on line - check it out.
