I've been married for 9 years and still dont know if he's the man im supposed to end up with. What about u?

i've only been married for a little over 6 months, so my opinion my not mean as much as these other people, but i do love my husband. we've been through a whole lot together since we've known eachother.
but if in a decade or so from now, i was beginning to doubt it, i would really look at how we've done before. our shared accomplishments, our mistakes and our love as a whole, then i'd make a decision.

I've been married for about eleven years now and still love my husband. I do have to say that things have changed over the years. When we first started dating and got married, we were both in college. Now we are both fairly well established professionally and have two kids. We're not in the "falling in love" stage anymore. Now it's "who's picking up the kids and what's for dinner" every day. You have to remember what brought you together and what new things you have learned about each other.
If you are having serious doubts, you should probably see a counselor to determine if the dissatisfaction you are experiencing is with your husband or where you are in life. If you can't figure that out, your counselor will likely have you bring in your husband for some couple's sessions.
Whatever you do, remember that you cared enough about this person to agree to marry them. Please treat him with the kindness that your history and time together deserve.

I've been married since 1993 and feel that i have the right man. Yes it is hard at times and we do argue, but that is part of a marriage. We also have 3 children 2 are his and the other is my ex's he treats all of them the same.

Yes, if you are not sure you probably need to seriously think about the future of your marriage-consider a counselor. it's worth it. also, things do tend to get stuck in a rut with our daily lives, get busy, take a trip try and find the reason you both got married in the first place.
