Rinse your mouth with a glass full of warm water to which a small spoon of salt has been added. Take a mouthful of water, swish and rinse, and the spit it out. continue until the water is all gone. Do this every hour during the day. It will eventually go away.
Also, try not to keep touching the cut with your tongue and or to irritate it with food or your teeth.

Go to the store and buy a product called kanka. It's in the toothpaste isle. It'll numb the pain and help it go away.

Mix a little hydrogen peroxide with a little water and swish and spit. It will help speed the healing process. DO NOT swallow any of the mix.
