Terminal illnesses are fast loosing their reputaions of being deadly, thanks to the marathon and daily Scientific research. However, which Terminal Ilness is currently the most deadliest with no prospect of cure for diagnosed patients? (AIDS is not a terminal illness)

Probably many cancers. Pancreatic adenocarcinoma in particular has one of the highest frequencies of mortality within 5 years of diagnosis. I forget the actual percentage, but it's around 3% 5-year survival, with the average patient surviving less than a year after diagnosis.
