Just be strong and put your foot down. This is a good lesson to learn in life. When you need to stand up for yourself, do it, or else you will continue to get walked on. Tell this guy that you have a boy friend and buzz off. If he continues tell your boyfriend.

The next time he makes you feel uncomfortable...don't worry about being rude. I assume he knows you have a boyfriend...and is STILL hitting on you, so apparently...he isn't worried about being rude to you!
Tell him "Look, I have no interest in you. Cut the crap and leave me alone... I HAVE a boyfriend and I'm not the cheating kind, so pi55 off!"

You should tell him that you have a boyfriend and set him straight. And if that doesn't work, how about saying" I got someone who will deal with ya if you don't leave me alone!" I would pick whatever way will leave this person semi okay!

Tell him nicely that you are flattered but you have a boyfriend already that you like a lot and that there are, nor will there be any feelings for him. Tell him also that he shouldn't be wasting his time and that he should look elsewhere.

tell him flat out that you are not interested and he needs to leave you alone if he doesn't then talk to your boyfriend or some other male friends that would be willing to assist

Break it to him! The longer you let him think it's a possibility the harder it's going to be for him to hear that you don't like him. Maybe tell one of your friends to tell him. Or if he says something like "I love you." just let him know that you just want to be friends.

tell him the truth. u have 2 tell him that u don't like him and that u have a boyfreind already. tell him that u can still be friends and say it kindly so u don't break his heart.
