In a hospitals I've worked in, we would keep a crash cart with epinephrine, Benadryl, IVs, Ambu bags, airways, defibrillator - just to name a few. This is because we use the injectable contrast agents, and people have been known to anaphylax.
In the orthopedic office I currently work in our main "emergency" equipment is a pot of strong coffee! :-)

they put you on a board and srape you down to it to hold you still so you dont move and if you move they have to re-do all the pictures they have taken
