I'm trying to make sims because i JUST figured out how but when i press the sims 2 body shop it says "The sims 2 body shop has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are soory for the inconvenience. if you were in the middle of something , the information you were working on might be lost. please tell microsoft about this problem. we have created an error report that you can send to us. we will treat this report as confidental and anonymous.
to see what this error report contains press, click\
then at the bottom there are 2 buttons that say send error report and he other one says dont send.
I tried clicking both

Be sure that your game has the most recent patch from EA.
You can just search it or use the games tool to do it. If that does not solve it then go to the game's website and look for support there. It may ask for your Serial number. And you could try to uninstall it then install it again. It will ask you if you want to keep your saves.
