This is mainly just a joke, so please canadian people out there, don't take offense. but I have this friend who is from toronto and she called me a yank(jokingly) and I want a word to call her that is derisive and used mainly for canadians. XD

The term you are looking for is "Canuck." Not derisive when used among Canucks, but it should do the trick when it comes from a Yank.

Alternately: "Hoser."
