operaTor- how do you use it?

I downloaded this site thing called (operaTor) and i was wondering how to use it, and if u can,can you make them in steps? thank you it would be a big help!

I assume you mean OperaTor meaning the Opera browser plus Tor and other privacy stuff.

The site seems to be acting strangely at the moment. To install it all you would need to do is to unzip it somewhere, maybe a USB drive, and double click the OperaTor application.
