same as people- tachycardia, possibly fatal cardiac arrythymias, irritability, yadda yadda - just google cocaine effects (easier that doing this LOL) Then add the psychological effect as the dog has no ability to understand why it feels so abnormal.

It attacks their central nervous system (as it does with people) and kills them. This is why properly trained "drug-dogs" for police are trained with a smell-alike substitute.
