A healthy diet is most important! Exercise and lots of water.
Don't wash your hair excessively, it strips your hair of the natural oils that it needs. Find a gentle shampoo and conditioner, and just treat your hair good. Also try to stay away from blow dryers and straighteners.
There are oils you can buy that are close to your scalp's natural oil.. A little spread through your hair after a shower could help!

1. Bumble & Bumble Defrizz (best stuff ever), but not good for fine hair, just a couple of drops will do it.

2. Condition (especially a deep conditioning oil treatment like V05 at the ends of your hair)

3. Eat lots of fish, or flaxseed if you hate fish to get Omega-3 fatty acids and Vitamin E to help your hair skin and nails grow and look and be healthy. Also, drink lots of water.

I have this gel that I use on my hair (curly) it's like a conditioner type thing but, like the next day when I straighten my hair it is so smooth and soft. It's called "Go Curly".

Try using tressme "no frizz". It works really well and makes your hair soft. It smells alchohol-y at first but when you spray it on it smells good. It makes hair soft too.!

blow dry it as soon as you get out of the shower while brushing straight down the whole time. yes, ur arm will get tired but it is worth it. and oh yea...use A LOT of conditioner. it helps to keep it semi straight and managable while blow drying.

i think of for you to get throughout coloration. purely come to a decision in case you desire to pass darker or lighter... darker has my vote. i might say an rather wealthy darkish brown might seem super. highlights are form of summer time-y. so i dont think of that in case you get highlights ot might seem good. looking on your hairs wave(as in, somewhat wavy or somewhat crimped) you ought to get genuine uneven layers. with a deep element section and a few element swept bangs. in case you have time interior the morning you ought to straighten that decrease for it to fullfill its hottness. haha you are able to adjust that to despite youre hairdresser thinks. good success??
