No. He's a little TOO silly and clownish. Guys like a girl with a sense of humor, but one that can be serious, too.
Guys don't want to hang out with someone who acts like a clown, just someone who can laugh.

I dont really like sponge Bob.. he lives in a make believe wworld.. I like the real world. but being cute, silly and full of laugther is great
