Names like "Puggle" and what not where created to advertise their MUTTS.
In the breeding community intentionally cross breeding is seriously looked down upon. The reason for breeding and having organizations like the AKC is to keep a lineage of well bred dogs so they don't die off. These new "designer dogs" are only glorified mutts and the product of irresponsible breeding.
Now, of course, that is not what you asked. :) I just wanted to tell you why you hear so many hybrid names (Labra-doodle). So, since (at least that I'm aware of) a Westie/Yorkie mix isn't that common, no one's bothered to think of a cutsy name for it.
BTW - I'm not saying YOU are irresponsible, I just wanted to educate you about the practice.
