Low ferritin and WBC count?

My ferritin serum is 7 (normal is 11-307) and my WBC count is 3.6 (normal is 3.8-10.6), but everything else is normal, including my iron, which is 57 (within normal range of 28-170). Any idea what this means?

first of all,get retested at another lab.many times the results are flawed or off.before jumping to conclusions do some research."mayoclinic.com"is a very good site for information.
