I need to know where to buy a well bred Pembroke Welsh Corgi that's suitable with cats and kids for not so much $$$. Must be in or near California.

check the internet for corgi rescues in california, i bet they have several. there are so many dogs in rescue centers living their lives in a little cage wondering why they are there and why nobody loves them any more. please adopt one.

No. You can get a cheap Corgi, or you can get a well-bred one. There's no such thing as a free lunch.
