If it was good for people, it should be fine for dogs. Actually lots of dogs love veggies. Dogs are pretty omniverous. I had a dog that if offered a hamburger or a carrot, always took the carrot.

Don't worry. Everything should be just fine. Many dogs eat vegetables and many good dog foods include vegetables (vitamins and such).
My Mom's dog, Molly loves all salad. Our APBT Sasha loves carrots, but doesn't like lettuce. She loves to have some lettuce with carrots in her bowl when we are having salad.
Just be careful that your dog doesn't have onions. They can upset their digestion.

No perfectly fine once in a while. Some dogs really like carrots to chew on. The dressing may upset their tummy's a bit but don't worry it's OK.

Dogs can eat fruit and veggies. My dogs love it! It is healthy for them but not salad dressing. I feed my dogs all kinds of fruit and veggies raw and cooked as long as there is no sauce or spices on it.

No, but do not be surprised if your dog ends with a bad case of the runs.

not necessarily too awful but it isn't good for them to eat people food, they need a nutricious diet of dog food.
